This week these children have shown our Christian values so we celebrated with hot chocolate and biscuits. Well done to them!
Congratulations to Lola, who is our Speller of the Week for this week!
Jaymee-Leigh is this weeks speller of the week because she tries so hard and puts 100% into her home learning to ensure she achieves full marks.
Great fun in PE playing football rounders this afternoon! It was brilliant to see the children working together, showing off their kicking skills, and cheering each other on. With impressive home runs and plenty of smiles!
When it’s wet play…..
Happy British Science Week! We’ve had a brilliant time opening our Curiosity Box to build and test high-performance catapults. From measuring to recording results, being scientists has been a total blast!
We’ve had some very busy bees during lunchtimes recently! The children have been getting stuck into a bit of gardening, crafting their very own seed balls and planting sunflower seeds. We’re keeping our fingers crossed for some giant blooms soon!
History Detectives! This afternoon, our class followed mysterious clues to uncover the past. The children then created fantastic drawings of the Ancient Kingdom of Benin. We're so impressed by their incredible investigative skills and creativity!
Today we are learning about magnetic force and how the magnetic field attracts and repels.
In science this week we are working on a challenge, it involves a lot of team work and resilience.
Our reader for this week is Texas. We are very impressed with her comprehension.
New Life in Bloom! As part of our Easter topic in RE, we have been busy planting cress this afternoon. It is a wonderful way for the children to visualise the theme of growth and new life. We can't wait to look after it and see how it grows!
