We set free our 10 beautiful butterflies! 🦋 We recalled the life cycle of butterflies too.

In maths we have been learning about sharing into equal groups and thinking about doubles. We played double bingo too!

Year 5 looked a bit different last week while Year 6 did SATs. Huge shout-out to our class for being so resilient and helpful during the routine change! We celebrated with a park trip and well-earned ice lollies 🍦 A super week for a super group!

Today in year 3 we have started DT week. Firstly we are investigating the styles of bridges we have in our local area. The arch bridge is very popular.

Last week in Year 2! 🌟 We’ve been super busy. In English, we sorted nouns, verbs, adjectives and adverbs. In art, we made paper sculptures and Kandinsky posters. Plus, in science, we compared different seeds and drew diagrams of what’s inside.

🌊Year 1 Geography: The Five Oceans🌊 This week, we have been learning all about the five oceans! We have been using maps to find where they are located and learning their names.

To celebrate being so well-behaved while Year 6 completed their SATs, we enjoyed a special treat today! The children had a brilliant time sharing ice pops in the park and making the most of some extra playtime on the equipment. 🍦

On Wednesday it was Miss Sprot's birthday!🥳 We had the pleasure of celebrating together and she gave everyone a treat. We are really lucky to have Miss Sprot and we hope she enjoyed her birthday!
