Year 6 are having a fabulous World Book Day!
This afternoon we have been exploring charcoal in our art lesson.
We are enjoying taking part in activities based on the book ‘A Star in the Jar’ to celebrate World Book Day.
In Science we have been making circuits. Ask your child what they have learnt about electricity so far.

Lots of fun at our pen party this afternoon. We have been practicing our ‘backwards forwards’ drawing technique, drawing a star with patterns!

We really enjoyed our worship in church this morning to celebrate the start of lent and today being shrove Tuesday. We talked about why we eat pancakes today, what we may give up for lent and how Christians around the world celebrate.
We have been looking at magnetic and non magnetic objects in provision.
