Yesterday, the Worship Group joined Rev Alice for a trip to Mill Hill. The children worked hard planting flowers at the community centre, brightening the local area and representing the school brilliantly.

The children have had a fantastic time exploring our chia seed "frog pond" at lunchtime! They loved the squishy sensory experience and imaginative play with our froggy friends—it was wonderful to see them so engaged and curious.

Our finished DT salads. What fantastic creativity and resilience the children have shown throughout the week. Each child met the design criteria of creating a delicious, healthy and colourful salad.

To celebrate Science Week, the children worked beautifully in their teams to design and construct sturdy bridges. There was a lot of trial and error, but the final structures were impressively strong. Well done, everyone!

Reading Challenge Winners! Out celebrating our winners this morning from the Reading Challenge. We’ve chosen a book each and had a nice hot chocolate with lots of whipped cream, marshmallows and sprinkles.

The children demonstrated great focus and resilience this morning as they mastered peeling, grating, and cutting to create healthy salads. Please view our photos to see these talented master chefs and their impressive finished dishes.

Today year 3 showcased our History Show It to year 5. There was Egyptian artefacts labelled and names in hieroglyphics. Year 3 demonstrated their sticky knowledge and made us very proud.

Rev Alice’s Worship - We have had our final worship with Rev Alice this morning discussing the different types of foods we eat and what these represent at this time of year.

It’s DT Week and we’re busy creating pop-up cards! After investigating mechanisms and surveying other year groups for design inspiration, we are spending today practising our technical skills. Stay tuned for more photos as we head into our big "make" day.
