Huge congratulations to Ethan, our Reader of the Week! He has been putting in a massive effort and reading lots lately. We are so proud of your hard work—keep it up, Ethan!

Year 3 World book day 2026. Some amazing costumes for todays excellent effort.

What a brilliant World Book Day! Thank you for the amazing effort with costumes—the children looked superb. We’ve spent the day doing fun activities and celebrating our favourite stories!

Huge thanks for the incredible World Book Day costumes! The children looked fantastic and have had a brilliant day filled with book-themed fun and a shared love of reading.

Yesterday afternoon, enjoyed a Spring walk spotting buds, blossom, and new flowers—a big change from Winter! We even linked this to our RE topic, Easter, by hunting for signs of new life.

Year 1 had a brilliant time meeting Poppy the tortoise yesterday to bring their science and poetry lessons to life! The children were wonderfully gentle and followed all hand-washing rules perfectly. Huge thanks to Miss Sprot for the visit.

We had a brilliant time celebrating World Book Day! The children took their learning outdoors, using story sacks to sharpen their retelling and oracy skills. It was a joy to see them exploring characters together and sharing their love of reading.

World Book Day 2026: Breakfast Club!

World Book Day 2026: Year 4 Excellence!

Huge congrats to Luella for earning Reader of the Week! Your consistent love for books is truly inspiring. Keep up that wonderful momentum!

So much hard work going on in our intervention sessions We have been busy in year 6 this week! In maths, we have used our arithmetic skills to complete a video game style maths challenge to gather XP to be the winners!

Congratulations to Lochlan, who is our Speller of the Week for this week!
