Year 3 have been looking at tectonic plates today and what causes earthquakes. Strangely our tectonic plates tasted like nice biscuits.

Cheeky Eric the Elf has made a mess of our Christmas tree.
This morning, Year 4 visited the church for Prayer Day. The children had a wonderful time reflecting on the Christmas story and engaging in all the activities. A big thank you to Rev Alice and the Worship Team for organising such a special event!

Today, we visited church to participate in Prayer Day. The children thoroughly enjoyed reflecting on the Christmas story and completing all the wonderful activities. A big thank you to Rev Alice and the Worship Team for organising such a special morning.
Our English lesson on "Bee and Me" was enriched today! With Mrs. Brownlie's help, we examined honeycomb and essential beekeeping tools, giving us a hands-on look at honey production and bee care. We finished by tasting fresh honey!
Today we have visited church and had the pleasure of completing various activities at different stations. This was to support us in prayer and to reflect on the true meaning of Christmas . Thank you to Reverend Alice and Church.
We're deep into our Materials unit! Last week, the children conducted an investigation to test waterproof materials. They made a prediction, covered containers, and dripped water on top to see which material kept the object dry.
