We are so excited to announce that for World Book Day this year we would like our children to dress up as words! Adjectives (words that describe) would be a good starting point!   We want our children to be excited about words, to celebrate new words and be curious to find out the meaning of unknown words. On the day we will become vocab detectives, read books about vocabulary and have a vocabulary parade. Learning words is really important; the more words your child knows, the more it will help them at school and in life.  Please do not go to any expense. Children can also come dressed as a word from their home language. Please see our social media channels for ideas.
