Yesterday we had a visit from Daniel the firefighter. He told us all the ways the fire service help us and taught us how to stay safe in a fire.

We have really enjoyed making our bridges for our DT project.

We then had a practice run using crafting straws and masking tape to make a climbing frame. It was really tricky!

We have enjoyed creating our bridge prototypes using pasta and masking tape. We discussed which parts worked well and which parts we need to improve in order to make the bridge stronger.
