After that, we had a discussion about the origin of various fruits and vegetables and the fascinating process of their growth.

In the afternoon, we had the opportunity to try various smoothies and complete a chart indicating if they tasted sweet or sour, as well as whether we enjoyed them.

The children have just tasted lots of different fruit and vegetables so they can choose their favourite ones to put in their smoothie.

We are now focusing on our skills. This afternoon, we have been learning the skill of cutting and how to do it safely. This will make sure that when we cut our fruit for our smoothies, we are super safe and our fruit is cut perfectly.

We are grateful to Rev Sam Cheesman for guiding our assembly today. He imparted a significant message that regardless of our location or the worries we carry, God is always there to lend an ear and bring tranquility to our lives.

We have been using clay in Art to create stamps. First, we flattened the clay and then used various tools to make imprints on it. We then painted the stamps and used them to print on our card. We are really impressed with how they turned out!

In the past few days, we've been exploring time adverbials and incorporating them into our instructions by using imperative verbs.

In English we have been looking at instructions! The children had a go at instructing Miss Kay on how to draw a flower. This was tricky, as we realised how precise we have to be to make sure we get the correct result.
