We LOVED our most recent class novel Skellig. Ask us all about it!

This afternoon we have played an interactive game in Science where we guessed whether electrical appliances used mains electricity or batteries.

In Maths today we have been looking at dividing 3 digit numbers using a practical method.

In Maths, we are currently learning about equivalent lengths.

Today in Art we have created observational drawings of fruit. The children have shown creativity and resilience. We have used Soft B pencils to use different techniques such as: hatching, cross hatching, stippling, smudging and scaling. Well done Year 2!

We have been learning about time today. We enjoyed doing 1 minute challenges.

We are having a great first week back.

We have been learning about height in maths this week.

Throwback to our Keith Haring inspired artwork we completed on the last day of term for ‘Love Day’.

Some of our artwork in the style of Keith Haring.

Some lovely outcomes from our year 4 children today. I am really proud of you all.

We have been working in the way of Keith Haring. Creating art in his style outside in the playground and on the side path. Don’t forget to come and have a look at what we have created. Let us know what you think at hometime tonight on the yard.
