Today all pupils in year 5 and 6 watched the Crossing the Line Blurred Lines monologues performance on ‘gangs and peer pressure’ by the company Breaking Barriers in partnership with Rochdale Borough Council. It was really eye opening and informative!

We have really enjoyed making tarts this week for D.T week. Well done to all of you for trying new foods and developing your own tart recipe.

Today was our final gymnastics session for this half term, we will be completing our PE programme next week with Blackburn Rovers by reviewing our Fundamental Movement Skills. Ellyjah is the star of the week for super listening, well done Ellyjah!

What a fun morning in Year 2 as part of our DT week we created our own vehicles using lego. Swipe to see some of our end creations.

In Year 1 we have been doing gymnastics with Georgina from Blackburn Rovers on a Thursday! We have really enjoyed it and we have made a lot of progress over this half term.

What a busy DT day! This morning we made our designs for our nursery rhyme pop up cards and this afternoon we created our background for our card.
