Hi all. As you know we had a trip to the Roman Museum yesterday and we had a wonderful time. We got to try on Roman armour and the children loved it.

We made cakes for Aidan’s Birthday party. We looked at the ingredients before we started and talked about irreversible change. Ask your child what this means.

Pen Party has been fun this afternoon.

Here are some of the artefacts we have seen on our trip so far this morning. Grown ups at home, please ask about these to help make our knowledge sticky.

Year 4 have arrived safely at Ribchester Museum and are listening to the historian Patrick. We’re picking up lots of knowledge that we will make sticky over the next few weeks.

Today in Year 3, we have been very lucky to have the opportunity to use a smoothie bike!

We have finished our second class novel this week! We have really enjoyed reading Planet Omar accidental trouble magnet and we are ready to start our next one.
